My mission is to cultivate constant and continous improvement In both mind and soul I will seek to learn, for this is the basis of growth and growing is key to living. I seek to understand first, for its key to finding value, This is also the basis for action, respect and decisions. This should be my first act with family, friends and business. I want to help influence future development of people and organizations I want to teach my family and colleagues to learn, laugh and grow beyond their current bounds, I want to help build and not destroy I want to have a great relationship with my creator I will also build personal, and business relationships by giving in frequent little ways.
